SolarCity, the #1 provider for Consumer Solar Energy in the USA, is expanding our sales team in the Central Coast region. We are looking for motivated sales people who want to build their sales career with an industry leader.
As a Retail Lead Generator, you will work out of the Home Depot, introducing customers to SolarCity and our solar and energy efficient products.
More than generating leads, you will act as the face of SolarCity, promoting the SolarCity brand, delivering in-store presentations and setting appointments for free in-home evaluations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for people looking to launch a career in solar energy sales. Success in this role can lead to an opportunity in Outside Sales, Inside Sales or Commercial Sales.
Responsibilities
Requirements
Have the ability to work the Thursday to Monday shift (5 days) during peak store hours
Have superior communication and presentation skills
Be customer service focused with the ability to influence customers
Be motivated to earn $50k plus annually ($25k base plus uncapped commissions)
Be sales oriented, not afraid to close the deal (ask for the appointment)
