Licensed Electrician
Operations

Function as a Certified Electrician with the goal to provide a complete and working photovoltaic system.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Electrician will provide leadership and technical expertise for a photovoltaic installation team (three-person crew).  This position will work under the direction of the Master Electrician and will work alongside residential installation team, running wiring, conduit and combiner boxes from roofs, as well as any AC tie-in, panel upgrades and line side taps. They will be responsible for quality control and permitting/inspection support when needed.
 

Requirements

• A Certified Electrical License is required, and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience installing photovoltaic systems preferred.
• North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Clean DMV driving record (example, no DUI in the last 5 years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
