When you make the call, here is what will happen next: 1) Assessment. One of our experts will come to your facility and determine which type of solar system will best suit your architectural and energy needs. 2) Proposal. We will present you with a design proposal that addresses your architectural, energy, and financial requirements. 3) Energy Efficiency Check. We will come to your facility and conduct an energy efficiency survey to determine whether you could trim your energy budget by changing items like light bulbs and office equipment, thereby saving you even more, above and beyond what you will save by installing a solar system. 4) Installation. SolarCity's installation team will install the latest solar panel technologies on your roof or adjacent structure. The installation usually takes 5-7 days, depending on the complexity and size of your system. Once installed, the solar panels can immediately begin to capture sunlight and convert it into electricity. 5) Administration / Inspections. SolarCity will file all of the relevant forms with local, state, and federal agencies so that you can take advantage of all available rebates. We will be present during all required inspections; you don't even have to be there! 6) Ongoing Monitoring. We will track the performance of your SolarCity PowerStation via the SolarGuard Monitor.
